BRANTFORD, ON- The Brantford 99ers hop on the bus to head to the Mold Masters Sportsplex for a Saturday night matchup against the Georgetown Raiders.
The 99ers are coming off a colossal 9-4 comeback victory over the Caledon Admirals on Thursday night. Evin Kojokaro recorded a hat-trick and 5 points, Spencer Vandenberg recorded 5 assists, and Spencer Borg recorded 4 points as the 99ers managed to fight back from a 4-2 deficit. Kojokaro now leads the team in points with 20 in 16 games played, and the team sits at a 7-9-0-0 record for 9th in the West.
The Raiders look to shake off a double overtime 2-1 defeat on home ice at the hands of the Wellington Dukes on Wednesday night. 2003 forward Quinn Tavares leads the team in points with 22 in 17 games played. Georgetown holds a 9-5-0-3 record and sit at 4th place in the West Conference.
