Preview- Brantford 99ers vs. Leamington Flyers

BRANTFORD, ON- The Brantford 99ers play their 1st of 3 games this week this afternoon, hosting the newly promoted Leamington Flyers for a Sunday matinee.

Brantford is looking to end their 4 game losing skid, dropping Friday evenings contest to the number 1 ranked Collingwood Blues. Evin Kojokaro managed to keep his point streak alive increasing it to 6 games where he’s amassed a total of 8 points. Brantford still holds the 9th seed in the West Conference with a record of 6-8-0-0.

Leamington is also looking to break a losing skid, dropping the last 2 contests to the Georgetown Raiders and Buffalo Jr. Sabres. The Flyers sit at the 7th seed in the West Conference with 7 wins, 6 losses and 2 ties for 16 points in 15 games. Cayden Faust leads the team in points with 19. This is Leamington’s 1st season since being promoted from Jr. B, fresh off a Sutherland Cup Victory.
